Randall L. Neff, MAI, SRA, began his real estate valuation career in 1982. Mr. Neff is a graduate of DePauw University with a degree in economics. He earned the Appraisal Institute’s SRA designation in 1993 and the MAI designation in 2017. Mr. Neff is also a State of Illinois certified general appraiser. His area of practice with the firm is in the valuation of multi-unit, commercial and industrial properties. In addition to appraising, Randy is an Appraiser Qualifications Board Certified USPAP instructor and an instructor of the Appraisal Institute.
